Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services:
- Individual coaching sessions: Refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
- Workshops: Refundable up to 7 days before the event date
- Multi-session programs: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been completed
- Assessments: Non-refundable once the assessment process has begun
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule individual sessions with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.
Professional Relationship
Nature of Services
Our coaching and transformation services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.
Your Responsibilities
You acknowledge that:
- Your results depend on your active participation and commitment
- Personal growth involves discomfort and requires willingness to face challenges
- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
- You will seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of information shared during our professional relationship, subject to legal requirements and ethical obligations. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings where other participants are present.
